Molly practicing Pilates

The heart behind the brand

Hi, I'm Molly.

I found Pilates during one of the hardest chapters of my life. I was dealing with stress, disconnection from my body, and a deep need for something that felt like both healing and strength. The first time I stepped onto a reformer, something shifted. It wasn't just exercise — it was a conversation with my body that I'd been avoiding for years.

That experience changed everything for me. Pilates taught me to listen, to breathe, to trust my body again. It gave me confidence I didn't know I was missing. And more than anything, it showed me that strength doesn't have to look a certain way — it can be quiet, graceful, and deeply personal.

Hot Girl Pilates was born from a simple idea: every woman deserves to feel strong, beautiful, and supported in her movement practice. I wanted to create a space that feels like a warm hug — where you can show up exactly as you are and leave feeling more like yourself.

My philosophy

What I believe about movement

Your body is not a problem to solve.

I don't believe in "fixing" bodies. I believe in honoring them. Every session I teach starts from a place of respect for where you are right now — not where you think you should be.

Strength is an inside job.

The deepest muscles are the ones that matter most. Pilates builds strength from your core outward — literally and figuratively. When you're strong on the inside, everything else follows.

Community changes everything.

Moving alongside other women who are rooting for you is powerful. I'm building Hot Girl Pilates to be more than a class — it's a community where we celebrate each other's progress and show up with compassion.

Wellness should be accessible.

I believe movement is a right, not a luxury. That's why I offer donation-based and community sessions alongside private training. Everyone deserves to feel good in their body.

Looking ahead

Where we're going

Right now, Hot Girl Pilates is in its earliest chapter — and that's exciting. I'm currently completing my certification and building this community from the ground up. My dream is to open a beautiful studio space where women can come together to move, connect, and grow. Until then, I'm offering intimate sessions, community classes, and pouring everything I have into making this vision real.
